The Low Temperature Jamb Mount Strip Door Kit is a combination of our Jamb Mount Strip Door hardware and our Low Temperature PVC material. The Jamb Mount hardware (aka header mount / under lintel) installs inside of the doorframe, directly to the doorjamb. Since this hardware extends into the door opening and makes the door height smaller, this is not a commonly used hardware.
You can be rest assured that your pvc material with stay flexible and resist cracking under normal circumstances in cold applications (ideal in applications with temps between -20°F to +140°F).
